3. User Accounts

4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month
- Payments processed securely through Stripe
- Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
- All fees are in GBP unless otherwise stated

5. Cancellation and Termination

9. Warranties and Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to:
- Accuracy or reliability of calculations
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RICHTER ASSOCIATES (TECHNOLOGIES) LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Structural failures or engineering errors arising from use of the Service
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of England and Wales.
BeamBuddy is distributed through Microsoft AppSource and is subject to Microsoft's terms and policies.
