Most Microsoft 365 business accounts can install add-ins directly. If your organisation restricts this:

1.Ask your IT team to allow add-in installations, or deploy BeamBuddy org-wide via the Microsoft 365 admin centre
2.Use Excel Online with a personal Microsoft account as a workaround

Add-in not showing? Close Excel fully and reopen. It should appear in the Home ribbon.
"Get Add-ins" greyed out? Your org may restrict add-ins. Contact IT or try Excel Online.
Need help? Contact support — include your Excel version.

Alternative: Manual install via manifest file (for restricted environments)

If the Office Add-ins store is unavailable in your organisation, you can install manually using a manifest file.

Windows

Insert → Get Add-ins → Upload My Add-in → Browse to manifest.xml → Upload

Mac

Insert → Add-ins → My Add-ins → Upload My Add-in → Browse → Upload

Excel Online

Insert → Office Add-ins → Upload My Add-in → Browse → Upload
